From Wwft to EU AML Package

The Wwft is set to be repealed with the introduction of the new European legislation to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing: the EU AML Package. This comprises, amongst other things, the AMLR and the AMLD6. Essentially, not much will change. What will change, however, is that the new EU legislation sets out a number of requirements in much greater detail. In this course, we will look at the most important changes, without going into too much detail. We will limit ourselves to the main points.
